At WEARPAP, we want you to have the ultimate shopping experience. If you face any issues with the size, print, or quality of your T-shirt, you can easily request a return or exchange under our 5-day Return & Exchange Policy.
Please Note: If 5 days have passed since your delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges:
- The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must have all its original tags intact and be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email/invoice) is required.
Refunds & Process
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check, we will send you an email to update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 3 to 5 working days.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced T-shirts are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during a special sale or with heavy discounts cannot be refunded; however, they can be exchanged for a different size.
Exchanges (Size or Design Changes)
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect size product, we will replace it for you free of cost. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team using the details provided below.
